Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets forth standards for acceptable use of Beebe Hill, LLC’s (“Beebe Hill,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) website (the “Site”) and any products, services, platforms, or networks made available by Beebe Hill (collectively, the “Services”). All users (“you” or “User”) of the Site or Services must comply with this AUP. Violation of this AUP may result in suspension or termination of access, legal action, and/or other remedies as described below.
1. Permitted Use
You may use the Services solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these policies and any applicable agreements (e.g., Terms & Conditions, Service Orders). Permitted uses include:
Accessing and browsing the Site.
Submitting requests, inquiries, support tickets, or Comments in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
Engaging with Services (e.g., managed IT, hosting, consulting) under a valid service agreement.
Any other use explicitly authorized in writing by Beebe Hill.
2. Prohibited Conduct
Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities. This list is illustrative rather than exhaustive.
2.1 Illegal or Harmful Activities
Using the Services to commit or facilitate any unlawful activity, including fraud, money laundering, or human trafficking.
Transmitting material that encourages or depicts sexual exploitation of minors.
Distributing or hosting malware, ransomware, viruses, worms, trojan horses, or other harmful code.
2.2 Network & System Abuse
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any computer, network, account, or system.
Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Services (e.g., denial-of-service attacks, port scanning, packet sniffing).
Circumventing any access controls, throttling, or security mechanisms.
2.3 Spam & Unsolicited Communications
Using the Services to send bulk, unsolicited, or deceptive emails, texts, or calls (spam), including phishing, spoofing, or promotional messages without proper consent.
Harvesting email addresses or other personal data to send unsolicited communications.
2.4 Intellectual Property Infringement
Uploading, posting, transmitting, or otherwise making available any content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights (copyright, trademark, trade secret, patent).
Facilitating or encouraging others to infringe upon copyrights or other proprietary rights.
2.5 Offensive or Abusive Content
Posting or transmitting defamatory content, harassing, abusive, hateful, or discriminatory content based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
Engaging in personal attacks or threats against any individual or group.
2.6 Privacy Violations
Collecting, storing, or disclosing personal data of others violates applicable privacy laws, including the GDPR, CCPA, or similar regulations.
Recording or monitoring communications without all parties’ consent where required by law.
3. User Responsibilities
Accuracy of Information: You represent that all data you provide to Beebe Hill is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
Credentials & Access: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.
Compliance: You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party terms when using the Services.
Reporting Violations: You agree to promptly report any suspected violations of this AUP to support@beebehill.com.
4. Enforcement & Remedies
4.1 Investigation
Upon becoming aware of any alleged violation of this AUP, Beebe Hill may investigate and gather information from the User, logs, and other sources.
4.2 Actions
Depending on the severity and nature of the violation, Beebe Hill may take one or more of the following actions at its discretion:
Issue a warning to the User.
Temporary suspension of access to the Services.
Permanent termination of the account and deletion of content.
Reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
Seeking injunctive or monetary relief.
4.3 No Liability
Beebe Hill shall not be liable for any damages from enforcement actions, including data loss or business interruption resulting from suspension or termination.
5. Appeals
If you believe your access was suspended or terminated in error, you may appeal by contacting support@beebehill.com within 15 days of the action. Include your account details, a description of the action taken, and any supporting information. Our compliance team will review appeals, and you will receive a response within 10 business days.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP at any time by posting a revised version on the Site. Material changes will be highlighted with the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
